The morphology of nanoarrays were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM, Sirion 200), equipped with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The valence states of the elements were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (ESCALAB 250, Thermo Fisher Scientific). Silver film was deposited by ion sputtering coater (K550X, Emitech, UK). The XRD results of the samples were obtained by using an X-ray diffractometer (Philips X'pert Pro, Royal Philips of the Netherlands). The extinction spectra of the sample and the sensing detection were meassured by UV vis spectrometer, PG2000 Pro EX and Shanghai Fuxiang Optics Co., Ltd. The high temperature tube furnace (OTF-1200X, Hefei Kejing Material Technology Co., Ltd.) was used in the annealing process during sample preparation. SEM data merging was completed by PPT software. XRD spectrum and extinction spectra are processed by origin software, and the schematic diagram of the article, TOC were completed by 3dmax and PPT.
