By biotin-streptavidin ChIP, we found that Dnmt3a1 enriched at diatal promoter regions and its binding was elevated by Tet1 deletion. Overall design: Biotin-tagged Dnmt3a1 J1 ES cell line were generated and Tet1 was deleted in the cell by CRISPR-Cas9. Then biotin-streptavidin ChIP-seq was performed in these cell lines.
