资源简介:
This dataset contains the raw and processed transcriptomic data generated to investigate the molecular mechanisms by which extracorporeal cardiac shock wave therapy (ECSW) enhances the function of endothelial colony-forming cells (ECFCs). RNA sequencing was performed on ECFCs isolated from the bone marrow of ApoE knockout rats. The experimental design includes two groups: Control group: ECFCs cultured under standard conditions without treatment. ECSW-treated group: ECFCs subjected to a single session of CSWT using 500 pulses at an energy density of 0.09 mJ/mm2. Sequencing was performed on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform, yielding paired-end reads. The deposited data include: Raw sequence files in FASTQ format. Processed gene expression matrix (e.g., read counts and normalized values). Sample metadata detailing the experimental group and processing information. This dataset enables the identification of differentially expressed genes and biological pathways modulated by CSWT in ECFCs. It serves as a foundational resource for understanding the genomic responses of pro-angiogenic cells to biophysical stimulation and can be reused for comparative analyses in cardiovascular regeneration and mechanobiology research.
