Genotoxicity of oxidative stress and UV-B radiation in Antarctic vascular plants, DNA damage dataset

Results of the comet assay performed on field and lab-chamber grown plants from Colobanthus quitensis and Deschampsia antarctica.<br>The data consist of the individual scores of damage intensity (0 to 360) observed on each experimental plant nucleoids, and its relative value in comparison with the respective basal damage of reference. <br>
