This appendix provides details on some aspects of the main article that are referenced for the readers. Section A.1 offers a summary of the data combination process that gave rise to the dataset explored in this paper and describes the dwelling attributes included as explanatory variables in the hedonic models. Section A.2 lists the SAS code (SAS Institute Inc, 2015) that was used to derive the results presented in this paper. Finally, Section A.3 presents the complete regression results for the estimated hedonic models.
