We report the sraf Genome assembly of Gracibacillus Halophilus strain YIM-C55.5(T). The strain is a Gram-positive, moderately halophilic, moderately thermophilic, endospore-forming obligately aerobic bacterium, The strain was isolated from saline soil in the Qaidam Basin, north-west China. The Genome was sequenced using Ion PGM Sequencer and assembeled using CLC Genome Workbench.
