This study introduces two novel American Sign Language (ASL) datasets: ASL-Skeleton3D and ASL-Phono. ASL-Skeleton3D provides 3D skeletal representations of signers, enabling comprehensive observation of sign gestures. ASL-Phono, by contrast, offers linguistically grounded representations that describe the phonological properties of sign gestures. Both datasets are derived from the American Sign Language Lexical Video Dataset (ASLLVD) and constructed via sophisticated computational processes. They are designed to address the data scarcity issue in the field of sign language recognition and advance technological progress within this domain.
