Labeled protoplasts in traps on a microfluidic chip

This dataset contains annotated 2D images of protoplasts contained in traps on a microfluidic chip.

The archive "inputs.zip" contains square images of 256x256 pixels, each corresponding to a 130x130 µm area centered on a trap. These images are in 32-bit float format and have been normalized to a range between 0 and 1. The patches are derived from several experiments at random time points, capturing various stages and conditions.

The archive "labels.zip" contains images with names matching the content of "inputs.zip," representing the same patches after annotation. Each image is labeled with one identifier (integer) per protoplast, stored in 16-bit format. The annotations were performed using the "Annotation Helper" from the "proto-swelling-analyzer" Napari plugin (https://github.com/MontpellierRessourcesImagerie/proto-swelling-analyzer).
