The project aim was to understand the interactions between V. cholerae and the egg mass' uncultivable microbiome.Ten chironomid egg masses were sampled monthly over a period of one year in two site; major- WSP and minor- Nahalal.Our aim was to monitor the yearly dynamics of chironomid populations and its microbiota in order to better understand the interactions between the egg masses populations, their microbiota and in particular, V. cholerae.
