使用场发射透射电子显微镜、X射线粉末衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱、傅里叶红外转换光谱仪对碳点的形貌、结构、元素组成以及化学基团进行了研究。使用荧光分光光度计研究了TS-CDs的光谱性质;使用紫外可见分光光度计和纳米粒度电位仪研究了TS-CDs响应pH的机理;使用酶联免疫检测仪验证了TS-CDs的细胞毒性;使用激光共聚焦显微镜研究了TS-CDs的成像应用。数据采集时间范围为2021-01-01至2022-12-31。

The morphology, structure, elemental composition and chemical functional groups of carbon dots were characterized using Field Emission Transmission Electron Microscopy (FE-TEM), X-ray Powder Diffractometer (XRD), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR). The spectral properties of TS-CDs were investigated using a fluorescence spectrophotometer. The pH-responsive mechanism of TS-CDs was studied using an ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectrophotometer and a nanoparticle size and zeta potential analyzer. The cytotoxicity of TS-CDs was verified using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader. The imaging application of TS-CDs was explored using laser scanning confocal microscopy. The data collection period spanned from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022.
