wGRN

wGRN is a free-accessible interactive platform for guiding functional gene discovery using integrative gene regulatory networks in wheat. The platform assembles transcription factor (TF)-target regulations from large-scale functional datasets and provides a series of versatile analysis tools for the community to mine functional genes and regulations for crop improvement.
