资源简介:
The dataset comprises raw data used in the manuscript "Protist communities are correlated with abiotic soil factors, but not resources, prey, or predators along a subalpine secondary succession." The data were collected across various stages of secondary succession in southwestern China, encompassing early-successional grasslands and shrublands to late-successional forests. These forest stages include secondary birch, spruce, and larch forests, as well as primary forests. The dataset encompasses a diverse range of soil organisms, including soil fungi, bacteria, invertebrates, and protists. The data are organized into multiple Excel files, containing the original sequencing data for all sampled organisms. Additionally, a separate dataset provides the labels corresponding to the sampling points, ensuring clarity in sample identification and analysis.
