资源简介:
This study aims to explore new mechanisms of inflammatory infiltration in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (IR) injury and identify the role of the key metabolite itaconic acid in regulating myocardial IR injury through integrated transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses. The study first established a myocardial IR model and collected tissue samples from the infarct border zone for transcriptomic and wide-target metabolomic sequencing. Bioinformatics methods were used to analyze the transcriptomic and metabolomic results separately, followed by integrated analysis. Molecular docking and molecular dynamics modeling were employed to explore proteins that bind with itaconic acid.
