We combined methylomics and transcriptomics data from four geographically distant and ethnically heterogeneous cohorts of COVID-19 patients, with the aim to assess causal interaction of SARS-CoV-2 virus with host methylome. Bisulfite converted DNA isolated from peripheral blood from 32 COVID-19 patients were run on the Infinium MethylationEPIC platform.
