We report identification of possible differentially regulated genes in C. elegans, by analyzing changes in overall transcriptome following stable overexpression of this transcription factor. In total six samples (independent biological replicates) were analysed. Three samples were derived from wild-type N2 nematodes and three from a strain engineered to stably express a Cas9-derived synthetic transcription factor contributor: Functional Genomics Center Zurich (FGCZ)
