黄河生态治理大数据平台

一、集数据采集、数据分析、数据展示于一体的空天信息大数据服务平台。该平台可以通过遥感技术对黄河流域进行监测，通过物联网技术对黄河流域的水质、水量、水位等进行实时监测，通过人工智能技术对黄河流域的生态环境进行分析，以及对水土保持监测中植被覆盖度监测，调查水生态系统及其组分的风险源,预测风险出现的概率，从而实现对黄河流域的全方位监管和管理。该平台可以帮助政府部门和相关企业更好地了解黄河流域的生态环境，制定更加科学合理的生态治理方案。
二、系统架构：云平台采用SAAS模式，根据用户需求定期数据解译分析，主要为黄委会、沿黄各市县黄河生态治理评估及风险预警分析服务。

This platform can monitor the Yellow River Basin via remote sensing technology, conduct real-time monitoring of water quality, water volume, water level and other relevant indicators in the basin through the Internet of Things (IoT) technology, analyze the ecological environment of the Yellow River Basin using artificial intelligence technology, carry out vegetation coverage monitoring in soil and water conservation monitoring, investigate the risk sources of aquatic ecosystems and their components, and predict the probability of risk occurrence, so as to realize comprehensive supervision and management of the Yellow River Basin. This platform can help government departments and related enterprises better understand the ecological environment of the Yellow River Basin and formulate more scientific and rational ecological governance plans.
2. System Architecture: The cloud platform adopts the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) mode, performs regular data interpretation and analysis based on user requirements, and mainly provides services for the Yellow River Conservancy Commission (YRCC) and cities and counties along the Yellow River to conduct ecological governance assessment and risk early warning analysis of the Yellow River.
