This study investigates the effect of lentiviral over expression of mir2392 in a human neuroblastoma cell line. This microRNA has been associated with cancer, and may play a role in the pathogenesis of SARS-CoV2. We investigated the effect of overexpressing the miRNA to determine similarities in biological (Gene) responses compared to those reported in gene expression studies of patients infected with SARS-CoV2.
