2 samples was analysed included pbl19/pPBL19-PBL19C3A-GFP-HA and chitin treatment of pbl19/pPBL19-PBL19-FLAG plant protoplast . In our study, PBL19 self-activation through positive feedback regulation contributes to the formation of the auto-immune phenotype: In the pbl19 mutant background, PBL19C3A driven by the native promoter but not by the 35S promoter shows an auto-immune phenotype. In pbl19/pPBL19::PBL19C3A, the expression of PBL19 is constantly up-regulated. ChIP-seq analysis suggests that PBL19 can bind to its gene indirectly.
