资源简介:

The sympathoadrenal system plays an important role in the development of ventricular arrhythmias. In addition to eliminating the arrhythmogenic focus, radiofrequency catheter ablation may be accompanied by changes in the neural and hormonal regulation of cardiac function. This article discusses the role of catecholamines in arrhythmogenesis, functional changes following ablation, and their clinical significance. Although reduced sympathoadrenal activity is a potential mechanism of recovery, this response has not been demonstrated consistently across all patients. Postprocedural assessment should integrate clinical findings, arrhythmia burden, and biochemical parameters.
