Transcriptome data of Burkholderia pseudomallei D286

B. pseudomallei D286 were grown under M9 minimal media and BHIB to simulate the nutrient depleted and nutrient rich environment, respectively. The transcriptome data (RNA-seq and sRNA-seq) data were compared between the conditions to investigate the genes and small RNAs that may have regulatory roles associated to a nutrient depletion in Burkholderia spp.
