SPED datasets for "Al-Cu intermetallic phase growth in hybrid metal extrusion & bonding welds exposed to isothermal annealing or direct current cycling"

SPED datasets from selected samples investigated for the Al-Cu HYB weld paper (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.matdes.2024.112867). Errors and omissions excepted. The .hspy and .mib files can be read using hyperspy. The SPED .mib file from the as-welded sample contains some scan artefacts from the data acquisition. This has been corrected for in the corresponding .hspy file. Two different alpha values were tested on the DC(-) samples.
