Deployment of in situ sensors at EMSO-EUXINUS observatory during DOORS project

Data from two separate deployments at the EMSO-EUXINUS (EuxRo03) observatory (operated by GeoEcoMar) are deposited here. The first was a deployment of a Sea-bird SeapHOx multiparameter sonde at the surface mooring of the EuxRo03 observatory (29.935667°E, 43.976333°N). Temperature (°C), pH, depth (pressure - dbar), salinity, conductivity (S/m), dissolved oxygen (mL/L) were recorded hourly from 2023-04-09 to 2023-12-11. The second deployment was of two prototype lab-on-chip chemical analysers deployed on a lander at the site of the EuxRo03 observatory (at 75 m depth). pH (measured in quadruple every 12 hours) and total alkalinity (TA - µmol/kg) (1 meausurement every 12 hours) were measured from 2024-08-09 to 2024-11-03.
