The FastQ files are derived from basecalled ONT data in PRJEB15431 and PRJEB15636 using HDF5 tools. Then the alignments are obtained using marginAlign: https://github.com/benedictpaten/marginAlignFile names contain pass/fail, 1D/2D and aligner markers.
