Bacterial communities in the vegetated sediments by Suaeda japonica and unvegetated mud flat in Ganghwa intertidal wetland of the Han River estuary, Yellow Sea

Previous studies reported that biogeochemical characteristics were different from S. japonica habitat (SJ site) and unvegetated mud flat (UMF site), each other. The objectives of this study are (1) to characterize the bacterial community structure and geochemical distribution; and (2) to evaluate the association between bacterial communities and geochemical parameters.
