青藏高原农田土壤肥力、微生物、土壤动物历史数据库（1986-2022）

该数据集收集整理了已发表的青藏高原区域土壤肥力、土壤微生物及土壤动物文献数据。通过中英文文献检索青藏高原土壤肥力、土壤微生物及土壤动物历史调查资料，共收集到西藏林芝、日喀则市、西藏山南地区、青海省城北区、青海省海东市、青海省海北州等地区土壤养分状况相关数据29条；汇总西藏拉萨、林芝、青海省海北州等地区土壤微生物相关数据21条；整理了西藏林芝、甘肃河西走廊、青海省海北州等地区土壤动物相关数据9条；发现青藏高原区域土壤肥力、土壤微生物及土壤动物文献较少，研究不足，空白还很多。

This dataset collects and organizes published literature data on soil fertility, soil microorganisms, and soil fauna in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region. Through literature searches in both Chinese and English for historical survey data on soil fertility, soil microorganisms and soil fauna in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, a total of 29 entries of data related to soil nutrient status were collected from regions including Linzhi City, Shigatse City, Shannan Prefecture of the Tibet Autonomous Region, Chengbei District of Qinghai Province, Haidong City of Qinghai Province, Haibei Prefecture of Qinghai Province and other relevant areas. Additionally, 21 entries of data related to soil microorganisms were compiled from regions including Lhasa, Linzhi of Tibet, Haibei Prefecture of Qinghai Province and other areas. Furthermore, 9 entries of data related to soil fauna were sorted out from regions including Linzhi of Tibet, Hexi Corridor of Gansu Province, Haibei Prefecture of Qinghai Province and other relevant areas. It is found that there are relatively few published literatures on soil fertility, soil microorganisms and soil fauna in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region, with insufficient research and numerous remaining research gaps.
