Maxent_results_crocodile_nesting_suitability

The first zipped folder called 'Maxent current nesting suitability outputs_.zip' contains the Maxent output files of the models for the current nesting suitability of saltwater crocodiles Crocodylus porosus in the Northern Territory, a region of Australia with the world’s most extensive nesting habitat for the species. The models were derived from 730 nest locations and selected environmental features, and estimated a total of 33,178.40 km2 of current suitable habitat across the study region. Full description of the model is provided in Fukuda et al. (2022).The second folder called 'Maxent nesting suitability 2100 outputs with low emission_.zip' contains the Maxent output files of the models for the nesting suitability predicted for 2100 with lower future emission climate scenario. The third folder called 'Maxent nesting suitability 2100 outputs with high emission_.zip' contains the Maxent output files of the models for the nesting suitability predicted for 2100 with higher future emission climate scenario.
