Zfp831 is required for proper Tfh cell differentiation. In order to further understand the mechanisms whereby Zfp831 enhances Tfh differentiation, we conducted ChIP-seq analysis of Zfp831-HA Overall design: Naïve CD4+ T cells were sorted from wild type mice and activated. pRV-Zfp831-HA was virally tranfected to the cells. 24 hours later, the collected cells were then subjected to ChIP and construction of library for ChIP-seq.
