This project aims to sequence and analyze plasmid DNA constructs using Oxford Nanopore Technologies PromethION platform. Plasmid DNA was extracted, purified, and prepared for long-read sequencing. High-quality reads were basecalled, assembled de novo, and annotated to identify inserted genes and sequence variants. These data will support synthetic biology and vector validation research.
