Isolation and antibacterial Activity of Anomanol B and other secondary metabolites from the stem bark of Anonidium mannii (Annonaceae).

Data was obtain by running NMR, Mass and IR Spectroscopy on compounds isolated from Anonidium mannii stem bark extract by chromatography techniques. The data was got by running experiments of the pure compounds on analytical instruments (NMR, Mass spectrum, IR) developed using software on the instruments/remote computer. The data was then interpreted to determine the structures of the compounds and values are shown on tables S1 to S4 as summary.

本研究数据通过核磁共振波谱（NMR）、质谱和红外光谱技术对从Anonidium mannii茎皮提取物中分离得到的化合物进行分析获得。数据采集过程涉及使用仪器/远程计算机上开发的软件对纯化合物进行实验，包括核磁共振波谱、质谱和红外光谱。随后，通过对数据的解读，确定了化合物的结构，相关数值以表格S1至S4的形式呈现。
