Archived Cadastral Data for Tax Year 2012. The data includes Parcels and Line Types. PARCELS: The parcels presented here are maintained by the Lucas County Engineer's Tax Map Department and hosted within the Auditor's GIS database in the Cadastre Dataset. Ohio Revised Code Section 5713.09 (Tax maps of subdivisions) states that "the board of county commissioners may designate the county engineer to provide for making, correcting, and keeping up to date a complete set of tax maps of the county, and shall employ the necessary number of assistants. Such maps shall show all original lots and parcels of land, and all divisions, subdivisions, and allotments thereof, with the name of the owner of each original lot or parcel and of each division, subdivision, or lot, all new divisions, subdivisions, or allotments made in the county, all transfers of property, showing the lot or parcel of land transferred, the name of the grantee, and the date of the transfer so that such maps shall furnish the county auditor, for entering on the tax duplicate, a correct and proper description of each lot or parcel of land offered for transfer. Such maps shall be for the use of the county board of revision and the auditor and shall be kept in the office of the auditor." The Lucas County Auditor's Office, Toledo, Ohio, has converted over 2,200 mylar cadastral maps ranging in scale from 50 to 400 to a digital format. This conversion occurred from 1995 to 1998. It was rectified over a digital orthophoto base. This digital cadastral basemap is the primary cadastral map for Lucas County, Ohio. LINE TYPES: Parcel Lines have Domain Codes and are uniquely symbolized by 11 classes: 1: Political Boundary (Municipal and Jurisdictions: City, Village, and Townships) 2: Section (Section, Range, and Township) 3: Dedicated ROW (Right of Way dedicated to government for use for streets, roads, and other public access) 4: Parcel: Real Property Land parcel, laid out in town lots or otherwise. 5: Right of Way (access or passage through a parcel) 6: Buffer Lot (lot on a plat across the end of a street proposed to be extended by future platting or a lot along the length of a street where only part of the width has been dedicated, retained by the owner but conditionally dedicated on the plat for street purposes when the street is extended or widened.) 7: Private (private road/right of way) 8: Easement (other right, privilege, or interest to property by necessity or prescription, utility or otherwise). 9: Historical (lot line) 99: Uncoded (all other lines)2012纳税年度存档地籍数据。本数据集包含地块（Parcels）与线型（Line Types）两类内容。 ### 地块（Parcels） 此处展示的地块由卢卡斯县工程师局税务地图部门维护，托管于俄亥俄州审计员办公室地理信息系统（Geographic Information System，简称GIS）数据库的地籍数据集（Cadastre Dataset）中。 俄亥俄州修订法典第5713.09条（细分地块税务地图）规定：「县委员会可指定县工程师负责编制、校正并维护全县完整的税务地图集，并聘用必要数量的助理人员。此类地图需标注所有初始地块与土地宗地，以及其所有分割、细分与分配情况，标明每宗初始地块或宗地、每一处分割、细分或地块的所有者姓名；标注本县内所有新分割、细分或分配情况，所有不动产转移信息，标明被转移的土地地块或宗地、受让人姓名及转移日期，以便县审计员可将其录入税务副本，为每宗拟转移的地块或宗地提供准确合规的描述。此类地图仅供县修订委员会与审计员使用，并需存放于审计员办公室。」 俄亥俄州托莱多市卢卡斯县审计员办公室已于1995年至1998年间，将超过2200张比例尺介于50至400之间的聚酯薄膜（mylar）地籍地图转换为数字格式。该转换工作以数字正射影像为基准进行几何纠正。此数字地籍底图为俄亥俄州卢卡斯县的核心地籍地图。 ### 线型（Line Types） 地块线（Parcel Lines）拥有域代码（Domain Codes），并通过11个类别实现独特符号化： 1. 行政边界（市政与管辖区：市、村与镇区） 2. 宗地界（乡、镇区与范围） 3. 专用通行权（Right of Way，简称ROW）：专供政府用于街道、道路及其他公共通行的用地 4. 地块：不动产土地宗地，以城镇地块或其他方式划定 5. 通行权：穿越地块的通行或通道 6. 缓冲地块：规划图中位于拟延伸街道末端的地块，或沿街道长度方向仅部分宽度被专用、由所有者保留但在街道延伸或拓宽时需按规划条件专用作街道用途的地块 7. 私有：私有道路/通行权 8. 地役权：基于必要或时效取得的其他权利、特权或财产权益（如公用设施或其他类型） 9. 历史：地块界线 99. 未编码：所有其他线条
