Through transcriptome data analysis, 3 sample groups and a blank group were involved. Cow mammary epithelial cells were induced by adding arachidonic acid and lipoteichoic acid individually or in combination, and the transcriptomes were sequenced to find differential gene regulatory sites and study the immune metabolic response after sample treatment.
