preART HIV-HBV cohort data at time of liver biopsy

People living with HIV-HBV
co-infection (n=39) were recruited. Inclusion criteria were HIV antibody positive, HBV surface antigen
(HBsAg) and/or HBV DNA positive on two occasions at least 6 months apart or
HBsAg and/or HBV DNA positive with HBV core IgG antibody, 18 years or older and
ART naïve. Demographic, clinical and pathology laboratory data were collected at the time of liver biopsy; immunological and
virological parameters measured in plasma and liver.

本研究招募了39例同时感染艾滋病病毒（HIV）和乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）的患者。纳入标准包括：HIV抗体呈阳性，乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）和/或乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸（HBV DNA）在至少6个月的时间内至少两次检测结果为阳性，或HBsAg和/或HBV DNA阳性伴随乙型肝炎核心免疫球蛋白G抗体（HBV core IgG antibody），年龄在18岁或以上，且对抗逆转录病毒治疗（ART）无既往史。在肝脏活检时收集了人口统计学、临床及病理实验室数据；在血浆和肝脏中测定了免疫学和病毒学参数。
