利用涉水、涉气等污染源的各种监控监测数据，如污染源在线监测、污水处理厂监控、监督性监测、用电监管等，结合企业基本信息和排污许可证信息，根据不同行业产排污特征，利用神经网络特征识别算法，对历史数据进行自回归学习，自动核算分析相关污染排污排放规律，识别排放异常情况或疑似监控违规作弊行为。辅助生态环境监管部门精细化管理排污企业。

This dataset leverages various monitoring and detection data of pollution sources including water- and air-related pollution sources, such as online pollution source monitoring, sewage treatment plant monitoring, supervised monitoring, and electricity consumption supervision. Combined with basic enterprise information and pollution discharge permit information, and based on the pollution generation and discharge characteristics of different industries, it uses neural network feature recognition algorithms to conduct autoregressive learning on historical data, automatically calculates and analyzes relevant pollution discharge patterns, identifies abnormal emission conditions or suspected monitoring violations and cheating behaviors, so as to assist ecological and environmental supervision departments in carrying out refined management of polluting enterprises.
