In this study, subjects were selected by convenient sampling, and paper questionnaires were mailed to employees of many enterprises in many provinces of China (Heilongjiang, Henan, Jiangxi, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Guangxi, etc.). A total of 630 self-report data were collected. All the questionnaires were answered by pen and paper, and all the data were collected for about 5 weeks. After deleting invalid questionnaires such as missing answers and multiple answers, we finally got 571 valid questionnaires, with an effective rate of 95.48%.The data showed that there were 284 male subjects and 287 female subjects; the age range of the subjects was 18-53 years old, with an average age of 27.90 years (SD=5.68); 39.6% of them had education level below bachelor's degree, 50.4% had bachelor’s degree, and 10% had graduate degree. Among them, 45.5 % had worked for less than one year, 29.3 % for 1-5 years, 12.2 % for 5-10 years, and 13 % for more than 10 years.
