Blood pressure (BP) varies significantly in chronic hemodialysis (HD) patients, and dramatic variation in blood pressure during HD treatment is a well-recognized risk factor for increased mortality. BP monitoring is a fundamental part of HD treatment and is essential to patient safety during HD treatment. This study is based on a large stream of HD parameters collected from dialysis equipment connected to the Vital Info Portal (VIP) gateway and linked with demographic data stored in the hospital information system. We also provide a bioinformatics analysis system for real-time BP prediction. The accuracy was greater than 80% in the predicted error range of 15% and 20mmHg of true BP. The database supports applications including the recommendation that dialysis settings be personalized for each patient. The information is also delivered to the doctors to preempt BP fluctuation when a patient undergoes HD treatment.<br>
慢性血液透析(chronic hemodialysis, HD)患者的血压(blood pressure, BP)波动幅度差异显著,而透析治疗期间的血压剧烈波动是公认的死亡率升高风险因素。血压监测是血液透析治疗的基础环节,亦是保障透析期间患者安全的核心举措。本数据集源自连接至生命信息门户(Vital Info Portal, VIP)网关的透析设备所采集的海量血液透析参数,并与医院信息系统中存储的人口统计学数据完成关联。研究同时配套了用于实时血压预测的生物信息学分析系统,在真实血压的预测误差控制在15%且绝对误差不超过20mmHg的条件下,该系统的预测准确率超过80%。该数据库可支撑多项临床应用,其中包括为每位患者定制个性化透析治疗参数的推荐方案;相关信息还可推送至医师端,以便在患者接受血液透析治疗前提前干预血压波动情况。
