Tuberculosis of the spine

This dataset consist of figures and tables which are listed as follows:

 X-ray (XR) for tuberculosis of the spine: The data describes types of (XR) presentation of TB spine in HIV positive and negative patients.

HIV Status and gender: This dataset describes the distribution of HIV in TB of the spine.

Cytokines: This dataset describes the cytokines TNF-a and its expression in HIV positive and negative patients with spinal TB.

Whole Genome Sequencing: This dataset describes the genomic material of the TB bacilli in the spine as compared of those compared to pulmonary TB

TB Granuloma: This dataset describes the differences in cellularity of TB Granulomas in HIV positive and negative TB Spine patients
