Figures_data.xlsx also contains the HR-EBSD GND density data in Figures 3(b) and 3(d), which have been plotted on a log10 colour scale in the published figure. The EBSD orientation data have been exported as text files (.ctf) directly from Bruker Esprit 2.1 software.
