These data and code refer to the paper "Ecological Resilience of Restored Mediterranean-Climate Woodlands to Experimental Fire" by Cowan et al., (2025). Fine-scale experimental burns were implemented in a post-mining restoration chronosequence 14-27 years of age in Banksia woodlands Western Australia. We sought to understand the effects of different drivers on post-fire regeneration and survival, as well as early stage resilience to fire through assessments of four descriptors. We compared how the descriptors changed following fire across the restoration ages and in comparison to nearby reference Banksia woodland.
