Metabarcoding Last Interglacial Sediment from the Labrador Sea. AGENSI - Sedimentary ancient DNA investigation into marine ecosystem dynamics during the Last Interglacial in the Labrador Sea

This V7 metabarcoding study includes 100 sediment samples, 30 negative controls (ambient blanks and NTCs), and 4 positive controls (mock communities). The samples/controls were sequenced on the Illumina MiSeq platform with v.3 chemistry and 600 cycles (300 bp x 2) at the Norwegian Sequencing Centre, at the University of Oslo, Norway. This work is a component of the project: AGENSI- A Genetic View into Past Sea Ice Variability.
