Four days old rice calli were selected to grow 324h under spaceflight controls 1g-flight controls and 1g-ground controls. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying cellularisation and identified distinct classes of up-regulated genes during this process. Rice calli were selected at different treatment for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. We sought to obtain the diff-genes that caused by the microgravity.

选取四日龄的稻苗愈伤组织,分别置于空间飞行1g控制、地面1g控制条件下培养324小时。运用微阵列技术,详细解析了细胞化过程中基因表达的全景图,并识别出在此过程中显著上调的基因类别。针对不同的处理方式,选取稻苗愈伤组织进行RNA提取,并在Affymetrix微阵列上进行杂交。本研究旨在获取由微重力引起的差异基因。
