In this study, lentivirus plasmid vectors were used to achieve overexpression of the APLN gene in WJ-MSCs. The recombinant plasmid vector pcSLenti-APLN was constructed and confirmed by gene sequencing. The information details of pcSLenti-EGFP-APLN and gene sequencing result of recombinant plasmid vector were provided in the datasheet.
