Replication data and code for "Broad recognition but limited implementation specification of nature-based solutions in Türkiye's municipal climate plans"

This dataset contains the coded data, codebook, and analysis scripts that reproduce the descriptive and inferential results reported in the article "Broad recognition but limited implementation specification of nature-based solutions in Türkiye's municipal climate plans". The study analysed 20 Turkish municipal climate action plans (3,991 pages, 2017–2025), separating terminological scope from implementation-specification depth through bilingual term-frequency coding (six categories) and a six-axis 0–18 specification rubric. The package includes: corpus metadata for the 20 plans; raw anchor-term frequencies per category; six-axis specification scores; a codebook with the coding scheme, Turkish/English anchor-term dictionary and scoring rubric; and Python and R scripts that reproduce the reported statistics (per-axis means; scope–depth correlation; Cronbach's alpha; Kruskal–Wallis and Mann–Whitney format comparisons; and weighting-robustness checks). The source municipal plans are public documents issued by the respective municipalities and are not redistributed here; only the coded values derived from them are included.
