Data for "Necking and Failure of a particulate gel strand: signatures of yielding on different length scales"

This dataset contains the files needed to reproduce all the data/figures of the manuscript.

The underlying data is reproduced using LAMMPS where one can vary the input variables to correspond those denoted in the manuscript.

Supporting data including (i) input files for lammps molecular simulation (ii) code and example input for stress computation (iii) matlab scripts used for data analysis and figures.
