With Antheraea pernyi as the material, we used mulberry leaves (Morus alba, Ma) and oak leaves (Quercus mongolica, Qm) respectively for odor induction. With blank (CK) as the control, we took head samples for transcriptome sequencing analysis, found out the difference in changes of genes related to the smell of the tussah after different odor stimuli, excavated the potential functional genes of the tussah positioning feed plants, and laid the foundation for the follow-up development of the mechanism of tussah olfactory recognition.
