VPRS 11395 Rialto Accommodation Committee Minutes

The Rialto Accommodation Committee was formed in accordance with the policy set down by the Rialto Policy and Standards Committee (a committee made up of representatives from the Public Works Department, Education Department, Victorian Public Service Association, and the Teachers Federation of Victoria) to monitor the overall development of accommodation facilities at the Rialto complex for the Education Department.Working Parties of the committee were formed in order to consider details of any particular branchs accommodation requirements. Working Parties established at the first meeting of 23 January 1985 included the Stage 1 Review Working Party, Staff Amenities Working Party, Finance and Administration Working Party, Personnel and Industrial Relations Working Party, and Facilities Working Party. These working parties generated a considerable number of issues for the Committees consideration in the first year of its operation.Contents of the minutes include the names of those present and apologies from those not present at the meeting, confirmation of previous minutes, reports of the working parties, other business for discussion, any correspondence or reports received, the name of committee member taking action on items of business and details of the next meeting.
