This contribution comprehends the dataset of the publication "Electrocatalytic Performance and Kinetic Behavior of Anion-Intercalated Borate-Based NiFe LDH in Alkaline OER" in ChemElectroChem (). In this related study, the dataset was used to analyse the impact of different intercalated anions on the governing reaction mechanism and rate determining step in the electrocatalytic surface mechanism.
