Juvenile regenerating worms were continuously exposed to 1-azakenpaullone (AZA) starting either immediately after amputation (2, 5, or 10 µM AZA) or at 2 days post-amputation (dpa) (5 µM AZA). At 6 dpa, animals were fixed and processed for immunofluorescence labeling against acetylated α-tubulin, staining of F-actin with phalloidin, and nuclear counterstaining with DAPI. Confocal Z-stacks were acquired using a Leica TCS SPE laser-scanning microscope.
