资源简介:
The zip archive contains data and codes used to replicate the analysis and figures described in the research article Thayamkottu, S., Smallman, T. L., Pärn, J., Mander, Ü., Euskirchen, E. S., & Kane, E. S. (2024). Greening of a boreal rich fen driven by CO2 fertilisation. Agricultural and Forest Meteorology, 359, 110261. This manuscript focuses global warming impacts on a sub-Arctic boreal rich fen peatland carbon cycle. Here we investigated the inter-annual variability of plant productivity and photosynthate allocation to different carbon pools using a intermediate terrestrial ecosystem model calibrated by a Bayesian framework.
