资源简介:
Syncytiotrophoblast (ST) differentiation is essential for proper formation of the placenta. Using human trophoblast stem cells as a model system, we dissect the role of SWI/SNF ATPase function during this process. We compare gene expression, chromatin accessibility, SWI/SNF occupancy and histone modifications of non-treated control cells with cell treated with BRM014, selective inhibitor of BRM and BRG1 ATPase function, induced to differentiate into ST-like cells by forskolin treatment. Gene expression was monitored at 0h, 12h, 24h and 72h of differentiation and epigenomic assays were carried out in self-renewing conditions (0h) and 24h of ST differentiation. Overall design: 3' RNAseq, ChIPseq and ATACseq data of normal and SWI/SNF inhibited Trophoblast stem cells at 24h into ST differentiation by Forskolin treatment
