<strong>Vietnam National Competency Standards for Midwifery: A Delphi Study</strong>

This study uses a Delphi approach to create competency requirements for midwifery in Vietnam. A literature review served as the foundation for the initial development of the draught midwifery competency standard. A two-round Delphi survey was completed by midwives and professionals who deal with midwives to assess the applicability of standards of competence on a four-point Likert scale. In the second round, the criteria having a consensus of less than 80% underwent revision. The study's findings showed that most participants ranked midwifery competency as quite relevant or higher.本研究采用德尔菲（Delphi）法构建越南助产专业能力要求体系。研究首先以文献综述为基础，拟定助产能力标准草案；随后邀请助产士及涉助产相关工作的专业人员开展两轮德尔菲调查，采用四点李克特（Likert）量表对能力标准的适用性进行评估。第二轮调查中，共识率低于80%的标准条目将进行修订。研究结果显示，绝大多数受访者认为助产专业能力要求具有较高乃至更高的相关性。
